Hannakins Farm Football Club

First Kicks Football Academy forms a strong and trusted partnership with Hannakins Farm Football Club.

The relationship started in 2013/14 and has gone from strength to strength being one of the largest grassroots clubs in the Essex area with over 60 teams registered.

First Kicks acts as the feeder system for the main club. Every season as many as six teams are formed from current First Kicks year one children and placed into teams competing in the Echo (Essex & London), SEEPL (Southend) and BCFA (Brentwood) Leagues.

We have gained an excellent reputation in the area. First Kicks head coach Lee Fisher oversees the mini soccer ages from U7-U12 and the club has a solid structure in place that allows players to move up or down teams depending on development.

Our teams train and play matches on superb astroturf facilities which enables our players to build their skills on a quality surface all year round, this is key to why we believe our players produced are some of the strongest in the area.

Our First Kicks philosophy runs throughout each team of the club, current managers have all come from the First Kicks pathway and started out as assistant coaches at our weekend academy sessions.

All our teams are encouraged to play fast attacking football. Players are encouraged to show bravery on the ball, be skilful and not to worry about making mistakes. Most of all our players are encouraged to express themselves, try skills and have FUN in a non pressured environment endorsed by both coaches and parents. 

All Players are treated fairly and equally, regardless of sex, race or religion. Players at the young ages are encouraged to rotate positions on the pitch developing all parts of their game.

Everyone at the club, both managers and parents create a fun and safe environment for the children to play and grow.

The First Kicks and Hannnakins Farm partnership continues to grow and we look forward to developing the link further over the coming years.
